Why can't I publish a paid experience? You need a connected payout account first (Account → Business → Payouts); money needs somewhere to land before a customer can pay. A free experience doesn't need one.

A customer says they paid, but I don't see the booking. Normally this resolves itself within a minute: the customer's confirmation screen waits on Paystack's webhook and keeps the seat held while it does, no retry needed. If it's genuinely stuck well past that and the booking never shows as Booked or Payment failed, email us with the customer's phone number and roughly when they paid.

A booking shows "Reserved, unpaid." Is that a problem? No, it means the registrant chose to defer payment and hasn't paid yet. It'll move to Booked once they pay, or release on its own once their grace period runs out; nothing for you to do either way.

I set my refund percentage to 0%, but a customer still got a refund. Why? Every Operator offering any refund at all is still bound by Nantepa's mandatory 48-hour/98.05% floor; your own percentage only governs what happens after those 48 hours. Choosing "None, never offer refunds" (Account → Business → Setup) is the only way to be exempt from that floor too.

Why did my payout come in lower than expected? Two normal reasons: Nantepa's 5% platform fee is already out of every fare, and if a booking was refunded after your share for it had already been paid out, that amount is deducted from your next payout rather than clawed back directly.

Can I get a lower platform fee? No. It's a flat 5% for every operator regardless of size or volume, by design; there's no tiered or negotiated rate.

Why can't I delete my business? Deletion is blocked while any experience is still upcoming. Resolve or wait out that experience's bookings first, then try again.
