"New experience" asks a few quick questions first: paid or free, a route or a single location, single day or multi-day, whether you're collecting extra information from registrants, a liability waiver, refunds, reserved seats, price tiers, discount codes, and whether payment is collected immediately or can be deferred. Your answers only shape what you see next; everything stays editable afterward.
A few answers pre-fill the form that follows (a free experience zeroes out the fare; your waiver and refund choices carry straight over). Everything else the questions touch, including custom registrant fields, ticket tiers, discount codes, and ranked-choice committees, still needs setting up afterward in its own place: the Forms, Tickets, or Discount codes tab under Account → Business.
Saved experience types
If you've answered these questions before, you'll be offered your saved answer sets ("types") first. Picking one skips straight to filling in the route, dates, seats, and fare, questions skipped entirely. You can save a fresh answer set as a new type when prompted (name it something like "Conference" or "Day trip"), and manage saved types anytime from Account → Business → Experience types.
