Experience Risk Acknowledgment & Liability Waiver

"Nantepa" means the Nantepa booking platform and service, currently operated by Alidu Yakubu Suhyini Mansur as an individual in Ghana.

"Operator" means the business or individual that publishes the Experience through Nantepa and is responsible for actually running it.

"Experience" means the specific trip, excursion, conference, or event this Waiver is attached to, whether or not it involves point-to-point travel.

"Booker" means the person completing the booking and accepting this Waiver at checkout.

"Participant" means any individual the Booker registers to take part in the Experience, including the Booker themselves and any person registered as part of a group or institutional delegation.

The Booker acknowledges that participation in the Experience may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to risks of travel, physical activity, weather, venue conditions, and the acts of other participants or third parties, which cannot be entirely eliminated regardless of the care taken by the Operator or Nantepa.

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of Ghana, the Booker, on behalf of themselves and each Participant they register, voluntarily assumes all such risks arising from participation in the Experience.

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of Ghana, the Booker, on behalf of themselves and each Participant they register, releases and discharges the Operator and Nantepa from liability for loss, injury, or damage arising from participation in the Experience.

This release does not apply to, and nothing in this document waives:

(a) death or personal injury caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct of the Operator or Nantepa;

(b) any right or protection that cannot lawfully be waived or limited under the laws of Ghana, including applicable consumer protection law; or

(c) fraud.

Where the Booker registers Participants other than themselves, including as part of an institutional delegation, the Booker represents and warrants that:

(a) they have obtained the actual authority of each such Participant to accept this Waiver on that Participant's behalf, and have made each Participant aware of its contents before doing so;

(b) they are not registering any Participant under the age of 18 without the separate, express consent of that Participant's parent or legal guardian, obtained and retained by the Booker; and

(c) they will indemnify the Operator and Nantepa against any claim, loss, or expense arising from a breach of (a) or (b).

This Waiver applies in addition to, and does not replace, Nantepa's general Terms of Service and the Operator's own terms presented at the same step of checkout. Where this Waiver and those terms address the same subject, the more specific term controls for that subject.

The Booker acknowledges that, as of the date of booking, Nantepa is operated by Alidu Yakubu Suhyini Mansur as an individual in Ghana and has not yet been incorporated as a registered company.

This Waiver is governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.

By checking the box presented at checkout for an Experience that requires it, the Booker confirms they have read and agree to this Waiver, on behalf of themselves and any Participant they register, as of the date of booking.
